Yoga Nidra is an extremely powerful and restorative practice, with 1 hour being equivalent to four hours of sleep.
The goal of these sessions is to allow your body to slumber whilst your mind stays awake. This will allow you to completely release any tension in your body and your mind to focus on the intention set. Come wrap up warm, lay still, and be guided through a series of visualisations.
