Yoga Nidra is an extremely powerful and restorative practice,
with 1 hour being equivalent to 4 hours of sleep.
The goal of these sessions is to allow your body to slumber whilst your mind stays awake: allowing you to completely release any tension in your body. Come wrap up warm, lay still, and be guided through a series of visualisations.
