WHAT IS walking NIDRA meditation?

This is one of Kanan’s favourite ways to practise Nidra. It allows for some quality time to disengage, experience movement, be in the fresh air and recharge.

The benefits of walking are immense. Walking is recommended for at least 20 minutes a day. It improves management of various conditions, strengthens bones and muscles, improves muscle endurance and increases energy levels.

The Nidra element allows for the release of tension, some simple breathwork, time to visualise, becoming present and feeling revived.

Blended together this is a wonderful practice which anyone can enjoy and benefit from. 

Kanan’s Walking Nidra Meditation has been transformative and powerful. It is a beautiful experience, and now a part of my life. Whenever I find myself slipping outside of my comfort zone, I think of Kanan’s voice and tailored words from our sessions.

Once you book this session, Kanan will reach out to you to arrange a meeting. A location which works mutually will be chosen and Kanan will personally narrate the Walking Nidra Meditation to you. This is a wonderful practice to experience Yoga Nidra outdoors. The idea is to understand how important it is to feel grounded and fully present in any environment.
