KANAN’S APPROACH

Yoga Nidra is a soft and subtle practice that can delve into the deepest parts of you. For each live session Kanan creates an immersive experience to help you truly relax, restore, and reset.

Throughout the process, Kanan brings in elements of her own Indian heritage to really embed you in this wonderful ancient practice. A beautiful set-up and a special focus to ceremoniously open and close the space completes the sessions.

Kanan takes the time to write fresh content, focusing on the world around us and blending this with practical philosophy.

As we are all individual, this practice can impact us in a number of ways. Kanan makes it a priority to check-in with her clients the next day, to guide, offer support, and truly connect with her community.

When Kanan works with you, her aim is to heal you from within.

•90-minute session - starting with centering, followed by a full session of Yoga Nidra tailored to your needs.
•Post-session check-in, offering support and reflection.
