What Is Rest to Rise?

Rest to Rise is a 10-day invitation to pause. Each day from August 11th, you’ll receive an email prompt — offering 10 minutes of intentional rest, a Sankalpa (intention), and a gentle journal reflection.

There’s no app. No pressure. Just breath, stillness, and a space for you to reconnect.

WHY NOW?

In a world that rarely stops, we are invited to soften. August is the month of relaxation — a natural time of rest, warmth, and enjoyment before the reset of September.

This challenge is your reminder to tune in. To slow down. To restore before you rise again.

The Practice

Find a quiet spot

Sit or lie down comfortably

Add warmth — blanket, candlelight, or soft music

Breathe gently

Set your Sankalpa (intention)

Rest for 10 minutes — doing nothing at all
