WELCOME to the rest to rise challenge

Hello Everyone,
Thank you, truly, for signing up for the Rest to Rise Challenge. It means so much to me to have you here.
This gentle practice first came into my life through my Level 1 Yoga Nidra Teacher Training with the incredible Tracee Stanley and Dr. Chianti. During those days, I felt myself slow down, soften, and return to a quieter, steadier version of myself. It slowly changed something in me — and I’ve carried it with me ever since.
Now, it’s such a joy to share this space with you. These 10 days are a simple invitation: to pause, to breathe, and to return to your own rhythm.
Take it at your own pace. Let it meet you where you are. There’s no right way to rest — only your way. I truly believe that when we take care of ourselves we have so much more to give.
Rest is no longer a luxury, in the world we live in present it is a true necessity.
